当社が配信、販売する型紙、編み図の無断転載、配布などの行為は一切禁止します。

[販売に関して]

個人でのハンドメイド作品として、当社が配信、販売する型紙、編み図を用いた作品を販売することを許可します。大量生産、市場価値から大幅に離れた価格設定はお控えください。

当社が配信、販売する型紙、編み図の転売、複製などの行為は一切禁止します。

【キットならびに型紙、編み図、作り方、デザイン等】

当社が配信、販売する型紙、編み図、作り方、キットに関して、著作権、商標権、意匠権等の知的財産権

その他一切の権利は当社に帰属するかまたは当社がライセンスを取得し使用しているものです。

したがって、著作権法、商標法、意匠法 その他の法令で認められた場合、又は当社があらかじめ許可した場合を除き、

その商品の全部又は一部を使用・加工し頒布、販売、無断掲載または二次的に使用、その他これらに類する全ての行為を行うことはできません。

【オークション、フリーマーケット、バザーについて】

* キットの説明書、型紙、編み図、作り方などを撮影又はコピーをして、販売および無断掲載することを禁止します。

* 当社が販売する商品について、出品目的での大量購入はお断りいたしております。

* 当社ホームページに掲載している画像を無断で転載することを禁止します。

* 当社の商品でないものを当社の商品として販売することを禁止します。

* 完成品のお取り扱いや販売をされる際は十分な配慮をお願いいたします。

万が一出品・転売が発覚した際には、今後お取引を停止し、さらには法的措置等の対応をさせていただく場合もございます。

【購入したキットならびに型紙、編み図、作り方を利用して講習会を開くことについて】

当社が販売するキットならびに型紙、編み図、作り方に関して、著作権、商標権、意匠権等の知的財産権

その他一切の権利は当社に帰属するかまたは当社がライセンスを取得し使用しているものです。

ご自身で楽しむことを目的としております。金銭の授受が発生する講習会での使用は、ご遠慮いただいております。

当社では如何なるトラブルや事故にも責任を負えませんのでご注意ください。

【About Auctions, Flea Markets, and Bazaars】

• Taking photos or making copies of kit instruction sheets, patterns, diagrams, or instructions
  and selling or publishing them without permission is prohibited.
• We do not accept bulk purchases of our products for the purpose of resale.
• Unauthorized use of images posted on our website is prohibited.
• Selling items that are not our products as if they were our products is prohibited.
• Please handle and sell completed works with appropriate care.

If unauthorized listing or resale is discovered,
we may suspend future transactions and take legal action when necessary.

All copyrights, trademark rights, design rights, and other intellectual property rights
related to the kits, patterns, diagrams, and instructions sold by our company
